Mitchell de Koning

I am a Mastering Engineer and Mix Coach, currently residing in Amsterdam. At the age of 21, I started working in professional recording studios in the US, assisting on sessions by major artists and bands, such as Phish, Coldplay, Nicki Minaj, NBA YoungBoy, Alicia Keys and Ozuna. 

Naturally, I also started editing and mixing, which is how I transitioned into a Mix Engineer. As I've always had a profound interest in teaching, I decided years later that I was going to focus on developing artists. This meant that in addition to mixing, I was now also mastering most projects.

In combining my two passions for music and teaching, I've found the perfect balance: mastering projects, and teaching aspiring mix engineers and music producers how to mix records.
